Privacy policy
At Bovandis Inversiones Colectivas SRL trust is as valuable as a completed building. This document explains in detail how we handle the personal data you share when using bovandis.com, always inside Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, Law 27.349 on Collective Financing and the guidelines of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data required to operate the platform: full name, email address, phone, CUIT or CUIL when required by anti-money-laundering regulation (Law 25.246), and the technical data that your browser shares by default (IP address, device type, operating system, referrer and visited pages).
3. Processing purposes
We use your data to answer enquiries, enable your private dashboard, execute co-investment operations, comply with tax and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud and personalise your experience. We never sell personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your free, informed and express consent, on the performance of a co-investment contract, on compliance with legal obligations applicable to the sector and on the legitimate interest of Bovandis to prevent fraud and audit operations.
5. Retention
Data linked to co-investment operations is retained for ten years after the completion of the last project, in compliance with CNV and UIF requirements. Data from simple enquiries is retained for up to 24 months.
6. Recipients and processors
We share data only with: notaries involved in the formalisation of operations, banking entities receiving fiduciary funds, external auditors and technology providers under confidentiality agreements. All processors are located in Argentina or in countries with an adequate protection level.
7. International transfers
When applicable, we apply standard contractual clauses approved by the AAIP and equivalent safeguards for transfers to providers in the European Union or the United States operating under schemes recognised by Argentina.
8. Data subject rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition provided by Law 25.326 by writing to privacidad@bovandis.com. Bovandis will reply within a maximum of ten calendar days. You may also file a claim with the AAIP as the enforcement authority.
9. Information security
We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, two-factor authentication, continuous access monitoring, environment segregation and business continuity plans tested annually.
10. Minors
The platform is not directed at children under 18. If we detect data from a minor, we proceed with its immediate deletion unless we obtain express authorisation from the legal representative.
11. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version is always published on this site with the date of the last revision visible.
